F2 CRM (Base Version)

F2 SignUp is a module of the F2 CRM system and therefore requires at least the base version of the F2 CRM system in order to operate and function. The F2 CRM base version license includes 1 (one) site/organisation license, 1 (one) group 'partition' and 1 (one) Joomla! website connection. F2 CRM does not have a 'per user' license model, but makes use of 'group' partitions and a per website connection model to determine license fees. Please note that all F2 Platfform services are multi-site capable with the presentation of all 'front-end' customer/client functionality occuring via one or more Joomla!-managed websites, whilst all 'back-end' administrative functionality is managed centrally via an admin console for each Platfform application in use.

The F2 CRM and F2 SignUp hosting service is included in the monthly license fee and includes 1 GB of traffic and 1 GB of storage. Additional traffic is charged at $11 per additional GB per month and additional storage is charged at $11 per GB per month; both purchased in 'blocks' of 1 GB and calculated or added automatically, as required.

| Additional Group Partitions |

F2 CRM does not have a 'per user' monthly license fee but instead uses 'group' partitions to segregate contacts and administrative users, if required. This means you can have as many employees within your organisation using F2 CRM with no additional per-user license fees. Group partitions may become relevant, however, as the number of F2 CRM admin users within your organisation increases and you, therefore, may seek to separate different users for whatever reason, e.g. by State, by user type, etc. |

F2 CRM allows for multiple front-end website connections via the Joomla! content management system. The initial monthly license fee includes 1 (one) Joomla! website connection instance, however additional websites can also be connected to simply by enabling additional website connection licenses. |

Sometimes when connecting F2 CRM to another website it may be relevant to have a new group partition to segregate any contacts/clients obtained from that website and to track them accordingly. F2 CRM Automation Module for Triggered & Scheduled Events, Including Custom Workflows

This module provides specific data ‘Views’ that are user-definable (configured via the advanced search option, with the ability to save an advanced search as a ‘View’) and can present information and data that might be stored on, and are pulled from, other contact records, forms and the F2 SignUp Quote and Proposal Management module. Views are defined against each contact’s window and are specifically related to them. A specific data ‘Views’ and form responses area is accessible within the main menu (as a main menu item) allowing quick access. Admin users have the ability to link a menu, referencing a particular form view. |
