By definition, in F2CRM quotes are pricing scenarios created on the website front-end (shopping cart) by prospective customers who may pick and choose from your range of product/service items configured within F2 SignUp, including the selection of optional components. Proposals are specific and more formal pricing alternatives that are prepared on the F2 SignUp admin login by internal staff, which are then made available for the client's review on the website. Naturally, there may come times where quotes needs to be altered before it is accepted, and the F2 SignUp quote-proposal conversion system allows just that. Incoming quote requests can be converted to proposals before being re-submitted back to the client for their review and acceptance.
