Additional Group Partitions $33 / group / month
F2 CRM does not have a 'per user' monthly license fee but instead uses 'group' partitions to segregate contacts and administrative users, if required. This means you can have as many employees within your organisation using F2 CRM with no additional per-user license fees. Group partitions may become relevant, however, as the number of F2 CRM admin users within your organisation increases and you, therefore, may seek to separate different users for whatever reason, e.g. by State, by user type, etc.
Additional Joomla! Website Connections $33 / website / month
F2 CRM allows for multiple front-end website connections via the Joomla! content management system. The initial monthly license fee includes 1 (one) Joomla! website connection instance, however additional websites can also be connected to simply by enabling additional website connection licenses.
Additional, Combined Group Partitions & Joomla! Website Connections $44 / group & website / month
Sometimes when connecting F2 CRM to another website it may be relevant to have a new group partition to segregate any contacts/clients obtained from that website and to track them accordingly. This combined monthly website connection and group partition license fee therefore allows for both. i.e. 1 (one) additional Joomla! website connection and 1 (one) additional group partition for contact segregation.
F2 CRM Automation Module for Triggered & Scheduled Events, Including Custom Workflows
$55 / month
Event- and schedule-driven automation of F2 CRM system functions, including web form submissions, reminders, automated notifications, automated initiation of other system functions, etc. Scheduled events system is capable of automating various system functions of user-definable date ranges/periods and can send automated mailouts based on variable, user-defined criteria.
F2 CRM Contact Reporting 'Views' Module $55 / month
This module provides specific data ‘Views’ that are user-definable (configured via the advanced search option, with the ability to save an advanced search as a ‘View’) and can present information and data that might be stored on, and are pulled from, other contact records, forms and the F2 SignUp Quote and Proposal Management module. Views are defined against each contact’s window and are specifically related to them. A specific data ‘Views’ and form responses area is accessible within the main menu (as a main menu item) allowing quick access. Admin users have the ability to link a menu, referencing a particular form view.
Microsoft Business Contact Manager Interface $55 / month
This interface enables F2 CRM to connect to Microsoft’s Business Contact Manager plug-in (and therefore Microsoft Outlook contacts) and to automatically import contacts into dynamic lists within F2 CRM on recurring, user-defined schedules. E.g. once per day, week, etc.
